We’ve all heard the question ‘what would Jesus do?’ We wore the bracelets, the t-shirts and even asked ourselves that question as a way to make sure our beliefs matched up with our actions. But have you ever thought about the question “What Would Jesus Un-do?” What would He undo in the world we live in? What would He undo in our churches? What would He undo in us?

I believe Jesus would undo any barrier that stands between God and the people He loves, even if that barrier is us. Barriers are meant to separate or divide. If our actions as believers are causing separation between God and His people, I believe He would undo those actions. We see throughout the New Testament Jesus undoing barriers of religion so that He could have a more intimate relationship with His people. I believe some of those barriers are still in existence today. They are keeping people away from Jesus rather than drawing them to Him.

If Jesus were to actually walk into your church, your home, or your life today, are there things He would undo? Sooner or later that’s the question we all must wrestle with. However it’s good to know that if Jesus is undoing something in our life we can be sure of a few things. It’s for our good, it’s for His glory and ultimately He has something better for us than the chains of religion. Let the undoing begin.

More and more I realize that what he did on the cross is enough and his grace is for everyone. I want to see others as God sees us.

Michael- thank you for another powerful song! It’s been a joy to watch your post-FFH solo career and to hear the great songs God has entrusted to you. Looking forward to hearing the rest of your CD! Too bad you have to share your January 28 street date with artists like Casting Crowns and Jamie Grace; maybe they’ll ride your coat tails and manage to score some decent sales! 🙂

I used this song “what would Jesus undo?” for a school paper and I can’t thank you enough for writing this song and giving me the opportunity to share the word through your music and this song specifically.

What a beautiful way to express the love of The Lord, I saw your video this morning on a Christian network, it was the first time in a long time that my Spirit really cried out to Jesus. He never ceases to amaze me in these trouble times to use those whom He loves to be His hands and feet. Thank you for being obedient and sensitive to the Holy Spirit, this song and video is truly life changing. I pray God’s continued favor be upon your life and I plead the blood of Jesus for your protection.

Michael, my wife and I are huge fans of you and your music. We have a band called SPIRIT MOVE WORSHIP and we would love to be able to play some your songs. However we have not been able to find any chord sheets. We are a ministry that love to bring God’s word to people through music. We think your songs have a great message and would love to share them with people. If there is a way we could get any chord sheets we would really appreciate it. Please let me know if this would be possible. Thank You and may God continue to bless you and your ministry.
